Ko9 Terms & Conditions

Ko9 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", or "the Platform") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. Compliance with ko9's terms and conditions is mandatory for all users.

Account verification must be completed before withdrawing funds from ko9. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will not be processed. In accordance with ko9's terms and conditions, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Ko9 reserves the right to hold and verify any suspicious withdrawal requests.
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply, determined by your account tier.

All users must comply with these terms and conditions when placing bets on ko9. Once a bet is submitted, it is considered confirmed and cannot generally be cancelled.

• Bets are accepted at ko9's sole discretion. ko9 reserves the right to void any bet.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated on the promotions page.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Misuse of bonuses or claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• Ko9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Promotional bonuses must be claimed within the specified time frame.

Ko9 is a fair and transparent platform. Any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. Violating ko9's terms and conditions may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

• Participating in match fixing or manipulation of sports events.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using ko9 for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack ko9's systems or undermine its security measures.
• Attempting to access or use another user's account.
• Impersonating ko9 staff to deceive other users.

Ko9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances. Such decisions may be appealed, but ko9's final decision is binding.

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• At the direction of law enforcement agencies.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users will be notified by email before an account is closed, unless immediate action is required due to fraud or an emergency. Any valid balance will generally be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
